PLEASE! chemistry help!?

It has to be same number of mols of base to neutralize the HCl. You have Molarity of HCl (.0645M uppercase M) and you have the volume 10mL. Since molarity is mols/L then you change the 10mL to .01L. Sovle the equation to find mols. m = (.065M x .01L). Once you find the mol then divide by two since only it's a 1:2 ratio in the balance equation if you did it right. They give you 25ml of base, change it to liters. Then plug in the values for the Molarity equation: M=.00325mol/.025L.
