Need some history help! Very confused, 10 points to best answer!?
i duuno who's more confused: you or me! you have multiple questions/statements but no central theme. am i to pick which one is correct or are you on a 'shot gun' effect with history. you know the shot gun effect, right? that's where you splatter the paper with many answers thinking one of them will be the right one. bad, very bad. vietnam was never a democratic anything. south was a dictatorship ruled by a catholic govt/family. north vietnam was a dictatorship ruled by a communistic govt ruled by ho chi min who was loosely related to the ruling family of the south. the domino theory wasn't only eisenhower's but all in govt during the 1950s and 1960s. that's what a theory is. a belief but not proved to be true of anything. as far as the other questions, your questions/statements are not clear at all and can't answer them without further info. you're all over the board with those. allende was never ruler of the dominican republic. he was dictator of chile and a dangerous one at that. trujillo was ruler of dominican republic. he might've been a dictator and not liked within his own country but he did hold things together while in power. after his death, it was very unsettled there for some years. sometimes the bad is more adhesive than the 'good' and the 'good' when not organized can be very bad. things in life aren't always back and white, friend. as for the others? check out wikipedia. zero in what you want and go from there.
