Serious problem? Please help!?
I am a 21 year old female that weighs about 10 pounds shy of 300 pounds. I am only 5 foot 2 inches tall. I want so badly to lose the weight that I've gained in the past two years. I am watching "The 650 pound Virgin" on television. He lost 400 pounds on his own. No medicine, no surgery. I can do it, I know I can. He told how he re-vamped his eating routine, such as cutting out pop, and candy, and eating a good balance of carbs, fats and lots of veggies. I am a very, very picky eater. I find something I like, and I stick with it. The only veggies I like are corn, potatoes, and carrots are okay. What can I do to make myself try new, more nutritional foods?
