Help, Im having problems installing Dragon Naturallyspeaking?

Every time I put the CD ROM in my pc this pops up ''Visual C++ Runtime for Dragon NaturallySpeaking is not supported on 64-bit operating system and cannot be installed''. Do I need a new upgraded Cd ROM 10.1 ? If so give me a link were I can buy this Cd
