Instead of expelling unruly students should they be given more time with specially trained teachers first?

right my bug bear. well one of them. Too many so called disruptive students are thrown aside, very irritating for moi. If the time and effort was put in wouldn't that benefit society instead of ye olde mish mash system we have today?
