Which formula do you give your baby or what formula is the best?

I'm giving my baby enfamil because in Kaiser Permanente they tell you either similac or enfamil. He has had bowel movements. I tried giving my 1st son enfamil but he got really constipated and his doctor told me to switch to nestle good start. So which formula do you guys think is the best and why? thanks so much.
