Allergic reaction??? What to do?

this past Sunday I took a shower and shampooedmy hair. After I shampooed I put a lot of conditioner (L'Oreal EverStrong , sulfate free reconstructing contioner with rosemary and mint)in my hair, saturating it as a deep conditioning treatment for way over an hour with a shower cap and towel covering and later start itching all over my body and then red rashes began to appear on my arms, hand, stomach legs, neck and ears. It is now monday night and im still having the reaction off and on. I took a shower, rewashed my hair and it appeared again. Whats going on?
