i went to PF Changs and i had this shrimp and it was breaded and had a sauce on it and it was soooooo soft. How do i cook shrimp to make it this texture, normally when i eat shrimp it is harder and chewier.

How do you keep animal traps from rusting?

i have about 50 muskrat fox coon traps etc they are rusting really bad idont use them anymore but might in a few years i haven't trapped in about 10 years but looked at them and they are getting bad do i just soak them in oil or what ? and what kind?
