28.5 weeks pregnant with bleeding, contractions...?

So I'm 28.5 weeks pregnant. I've been having a lot of not so good symptoms. I've had a lot of bleeding (dark red, started on Sunday, started decreasing and started back up Wednesday night) I've been at the hospital for a month now due to have very low amniotic fluid and I've been here since I was 24 weeks. I'm a cm dialated and having contractions, sometime 5 minutes apart, sometimes 10 minutes, sometimes longer. My doctors said my placenta is still attached, but as of right now, it seems like the doctors have no frickin idea what's going on. I'm very scared for my babys health has well as mine, but the doctors said they aren't going to take him out unless I have an infection. I want to know if anyone else has experienced this or if you think you know why I might be bleeding so badly, because my doctors don't seem to know a thing.
