Does marijuana prevent staff infection from healing in your leg?

I used to smoke 1.5 packs of cigs a day... havent smoked a cig in 4.5 months now... but i do smoke marijuana... andit hasnt went away since i stopped smoking cigs... im starting to wonder if its not the marijuana that is slowing it down.
