How to make a birthday card for a 5 year old?

Alright my neighbor is turning 5. She is the sweetest little girl ever. I made her a little apron for her, got her a cookbook, and some cookie mixes (cooking theme). I just finished wrapping up the gift, and realized I forgot to get a card. I thought I could make her a card. I was hoping some one out there has a good idea on a card that isn't hard to make, but is cute at the same time. Please help me. P.S. Her little party is tomorrow mid morning.
