If we as a country are going to barrow money and cut Tax's on the mes how are we going to cut the deficit?

We don't. It just keeps getting bigger. Here's a little secret about Dems. If the original budget has a 1.8 trillion deficit and the final version has a 1.7 trillion deficit, they'll be all over the media crowing about how they "cut" the deficit by 100 billion!
