Saving my marriage... please help?

My marriage is basically hanging on a thread right now. I've made several huge mistakes and am trying to redeem myself. I am trying my hardest to rekindle my relationship with Christ and make myself the person I used to be. I am trying SO hard to prove to my husband that I am trying so hard to change. How do I get him to understand that this is for better or for worse... till death do us part? I don't wanna give up... at ALL and I'm doing everything possible to save us.
