When it comes to crime Blacks represent quantity, and Whites represent quality?

I'm of the opinion that people of all so-called "races" commit all types of crimes but that the media plays on popular stereotypes (because they sell & because they keep the common people divided) such as: "black" man = rapist & "white" man = pedophile.
