I have been watching my calories to lose weight and I'm eating the recommended daily amount. When I'm still hungry I drink water, hot tea, or coffee (no sugar), but my stomach still feels empty or growls. What can I do to combat the hunger? I can't take apetite suppressants as I am feeding. (Ack!-don't harp on me for drinking coffee while I'm nursing. Water,water, water gets boring,boring, boring) LOL
