Is it normal for a puppy to have seizures?

We have a new bulldog puppy named Chelsea, and when, she was sleep the other night, she started shaking, and her eyes started rolling in the back of her head!, and then when I picked her head up,.... it drooped over, as if she was dead,it was like she was dead one minute , and then, I shook her a little , and she woke up, but through the day she is fine, but, when she goes to sleep, a few mins, before she wakes up, or goes into a deep sleep, she starts doing that freaky weird stuff, and it scares me so bad, because , its almost like she dies, or her body stops working, WHAT SHOULD I DO, ?, SHOULD I TAKE HER TO A DOCTOR?,
