If yo are professional psychologist pls answer...?
I am not a professional yet. I suggest you seek professional help. You need someone you can trust to talk to. When it seems like everything is working against you and no one cares, you need to believe you can get through it. I suggest you work on liking yourself, doing things that make you feel happy, distract yourself from dwelling on negative thoughts, and join activities where you can meet people who like the same things you do. Journal about your feelings or talk them out even if that means going into your room and talking to yourself. Look in the mirror every day and practice affirmations. Tell yourself positive things even if you don't believe them. I know that when you feel lousy about yourself and life in general that it's hard to get motivated to do anything, to enjoy anything you normally like and that suicide can be tempting. Look at the problems in your life, set goals, and start working on those goals in small steps. The brain is a very powerful tool. No matter what you feel, you can think yourself (or talk yourself) to a more positive state of mind and it can be easier to do things you enjoy or to work on goals. Suicide is a very permanent solution to problems that can be solved with time and work. Drinking and pills, which can be a deadly mix, are only going to add to your problems. I suggest you get help now so you can stop the drinking and pills before they become a problem.
